Christmas Eve!
Matai regales in watching his favourite film clip "Sexy and I Know It"
Always following the end of it with "More! More!"
After a sweaty afternoon nap, he inevitably
Stubs his toe on the same step he always does,
Prompting calls of beloved "maynaid, maynaid!" (band-aids).
The rest of the afternoon is spent preparing for Santa,
And taking photos backwards with his little toy camera.

Today Tai meets his little brothers for the first time.
He is so excited, and shouts "Babiesh! Babiesh!" over and over.
After all the thrill, we take him and Miro back for some ABC for kids
And cuddles with Mummy, away for the first night ever.
